This Privacy Policy applies to Oowlish Technology, a nearshore innovation partner headquartered in the United States. When you visit oowlish.com or submit any form on our site, Oowlish is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

Formspree — Our forms submit data to Formspree, which processes it on our behalf and sends us an email notification. Formspree stores submissions securely. Formspree Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics (GA4) — We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type). Google may transfer this data to servers in the United States. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile — We use Cloudflare Turnstile (invisible mode) on our forms to protect against spam and bots. Turnstile analyzes browser signals without showing any challenge to the user. In accordance with Cloudflare's requirements for invisible mode, we reference the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Notice Annex. Cloudflare does not use the data collected by Turnstile to serve advertising.

Form submissions are retained in Formspree for as long as our account is active or until you request deletion. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (our configured retention period). We do not store any personal data on our own servers beyond what is transmitted through these third-party services.

Oowlish is based in the United States. Our third-party processors (Formspree, Google, Cloudflare) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers).
Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
